If you want to use witch hazel internally, ask your local herb shop or health food store for dried witch hazel for tea.

Herbal remedies for varicose veins can help reduce discomfort related to this condition. If you find that herbal remedies alone aren't doing the job, you may need to see a doctor. There are all kinds of modern procedures, including laser surgery, which can eradicate unsightly and painful varicose veins. These procedures can be expensive and may not be covered under certain types of insurance, which is why many people choose go the natural route first.
